For a quick reference though, these are the main points:

• Please call ahead!  We can tell you if an item is in stock, or even in production for that day (206-923-0534).
• If a product is in season (weekly, weekends only, etc.)  you can place an order for it!  We require a minimum of 48 hrs lead time on most items. 
• We do not take paid or unpaid holds.
